SIA Saint-Tech (Fud-Tech) has finished project of food production Pilot lines in Valmiera Technical School. The school is equipped with modern fruit, vegetables and beverage processing Pilot line laboratory, milk processing Pilot line laboratory, as well as fish processing laboratory. There is also modernly equipped laboratory, in which can do physico-chemical analysis and microbiological analysis.
Students have the opportunity to learn and acquire knowledge of equipment, which is used in real industrial food factories, only difference that in industrial factories are higher capacity of machines. Currently Valmiera Technical School is only one school in Latvia, which is equipped with such machines. Installed machines allow to produce real products accordance with all requirements and norms. Pilot lines allow to produce different type of end products.
