SIA Saint-Tech has finished installation of the high pressure chamber in Latvian Agricultural university Food faculty. Chamber can reach 950 atm pressure and investigate different fod product physical properties after treatment in chamber. Pressure of 950 atms is equal to pressure under 9500 meters of ocean water and this depth could be modelled in the laboratory. More pictures are in our Project gallery.
